Marine Mammal Protection Act- makes it illegal for any person who is under legal jurisdiction of the United States to kill, hunt, injure or harass any species of marine mammals. Also, the Marine Mammal Protection Act also states that it is illegal for anyone to import marine mammals or products made from them into the United States.
